UX/UI Design
Beautiful interfaces backed by behavioral evidence. We don't redesign for the sake of it; every layout, pattern, and pixel is justified by how your customers actually behave.

A sample of our work
Heading into a site redesign with major functionality changes and UI updates was an overwhelming project. Our partnership with Surefoot allowed us to test our way into those updates, leaving us feeling confident that every move we made was the right one for our users. The results speak for themselves: increases in AOV & conversion rate, all while improving our website's look, feel and usability. A massive win for LovelySkin!

Never any obligations, happy to help!
We design with the test in mind. Every variant ships with a hypothesis about how users will behave differently, and we keep changes scoped so the test result is interpretable. Pretty is welcome; pretty without measurable behavior change is incomplete.
Yes. New navigation systems, new product templates, new account flows, new homepages. When the test program tells us the current version is the ceiling, we design what replaces it.
Yes. Most engagements start with a working session in your design system or brand book. New components ship as variants of the existing language; we do not redesign the system unless that is the engagement.
We design and engineer in the same shop, so the handoff is internal in most cases. Where the client has their own dev team, we hand off in Figma with prototypes, a state-by-state spec, and direct Slack with the engineers to resolve gray areas as they build.
