A sample of our work
Being able to test our way into our website redesign with Surefoot was a huge help to our team. We launched a new website, with new functionality and an updated brand design direction with reduced risk to our main KPIs. The confidence that comes from being able to test and make data-driven decisions has been a game-changer for our team.

Never any obligations, happy to help!
Three things: pre-test diagnostic work (where the funnel is leaking, who is leaking out of it), per-test analysis (clean attribution and segmentation on each test), and analytics implementation help (event taxonomy, GA4 or Adobe migrations, data-layer audits).
Every test gets a dedicated analysis pass before launch (what to measure, how to segment, what would constitute a real win) and another after (whether the result holds under segmentation, what to investigate next). It is not a side-of-desk activity.
The common stack: GA4 or Adobe Analytics, GTM for tagging, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for behavior, the testing platform's reporting for in-test results. We use R and SQL for deeper cuts when the off-the-shelf reporting falls short.
We audit it first. Most engagements start with a pass on tagging, event coverage, cross-domain tracking, and sources of data drift. A test program built on bad data produces bad decisions, so the audit pays for itself quickly.
