Surefoot listened to our concerns about testing on Shopify checkout and addressed them thoughtfully. We appreciated how closely they monitored the test and kept us up-to-date with regular communication. The end result was definitely worth it!

Never any obligations, happy to help!
Real engineering on the same theme our test results point at. That covers theme refactors, section builds, checkout extensions, third-party app integrations, and the engineering side of new product features.
A/B testing tells you the right answer. Shopify development is how that answer ships site-wide without a testing tool in the loop. Without a dev partner, winning variants stack up in the testing platform and never go live for everyone.
Either. We have clients where we are the dev team, and clients where we work in a shared Slack channel with their engineers. We keep a per-client GitHub repo and push PRs against your theme in both cases.
We have migrated long-tenured clients off the legacy checkout and built against checkout UI extensions in production. Where Shopify platform shifts affect what is testable, we adjust the program so the work is not blocked by someone else's roadmap.
Yes. Some clients use us for UX and dev hours alongside their own CRO work, a few use us only for engineering. We prefer the integrated version, because the dev decisions get sharper when the team has been in the test data, but it is not a requirement.
